Amy is the Head of Strategy & Operations at Paradigm, a leading DEI consulting and training firm that partners with Fortune 500 companies and growing startups to build more diverse, inclusive, and equitable organizations. Prior to Paradigm, she specialized in growth and business development at startups, from early-stage education to high-growth tech. Aimy developed her operational expertise as a strategy consultant at Accenture, working with Global 500 and FTSE 100 companies in the UK and delivering C-suite workshops as part of the Accenture London Innovation Centre’s founding team. Throughout her career, she has dedicated time to mentoring urban youth on entrepreneurship and leadership and is passionate about building sustainable, connected, and proud communities of color. Aimy holds a master’s degree in Philosophy from King’s College London.
